If you have time on a sunday morning, try and prepare these delicious rolls for breakfast.
You even have time to go back to bed in the time the dough needs to rise.
Ingredients:
500g flour
350ml lukewarm water
1 pack of dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix the salt with flour and the yeast in a large bowl. Then add the water bit by bit and mix the dough with the dough hooks of your mixer. Keep mixing until you get a smooth dough. Keep mixing for a bit longer.
Make a round dough ball and put a clean tea towel on top of the bowl.
Leave on a warm place for 1 hour to rest. The dough will roughly double it's size.
After 1 hour, knead the dough again and form 8 little rolls from it. Put them on a baking tray with baking paper on it. Cut the rolls slightly with a sharp knife, but just on the top. Cover the tray with the tea towel again and leave on a warm place for about 30 minutes. The rolls will rise again.
In the meantime, preheat the oven (with circulating air) on 220 degrees. Bake the rolls for ca. 20-25 minutes.
They are ready when you take a roll and "knock" on the bottom and it sounds hollow.
